The short version

  • We collect the minimum we need to send you a quote, build your order, and ship it.
  • We do not sell your information. Ever. To anyone.
  • We do not spam. If you signed up for our VIP list, we email you occasionally — and you can unsubscribe in one click.
  • We never see your credit card or bank info — payment processors handle that.
  • Anything we do see is password-protected and stays with us.

1. What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

1. When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us. Name, email, phone, company name, billing address, shipping address, and the details of what you're ordering (artwork, sizes, quantities, deadline, etc.).

2. When you sign up for our VIP list or download our free branding guide. Name, email, phone, and company. That's it.

3. When you visit our website. Standard website analytics that any modern site collects: pages viewed, approximate location (city/state level), device type, and how you got to us. We use this to understand what's working on the site, not to build a profile on you.

2. What we use it for

  • Sending you quotes, invoices, proofs, and order updates. This is the core of what we do.
  • Following up on a quote you requested, or checking in if a project is in progress.
  • Occasional marketing emails — but only if you opted into the VIP list. We don't add anyone automatically.
  • Improving the site based on what people actually use.
  • Keeping records for accounting, taxes, and our own reference on past orders.

3. What we will NEVER do

  • We will never sell your information. Not to ad networks, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Full stop.
  • We will never share your contact info with other businesses for their marketing.
  • We will never spam you. If you're on our VIP list and you want off, click unsubscribe and you're off — no questions asked.
  • We will never publish your contact info publicly without your permission.

4. Who else touches your data

A few necessary third parties handle pieces of an order. They only get what they need to do their job:

  • Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LaserShip): get your shipping address and contact info so they can deliver your package. Nothing else.
  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.): handle your card or bank info directly. We don't see your payment details — the processor passes us a confirmation that you paid, and that's all we get.

We don't share your data with anyone else. If a situation ever required us to (a legal request, for example), we would only do what the law actually requires — nothing voluntary.

5. How we protect it

  • Anything we store is behind passwords and on systems only The Sole Provider can access.
  • We don't keep payment info on our side because we never have it in the first place.
  • Files and order history are kept for as long as we're working together (and a reasonable period after, for accounting and reference).
  • If you ever want us to delete your information, just ask. Email us and we'll handle it.

6. Cookies & website tracking

Our site uses standard cookies to remember things like your cart, whether you're logged in, and basic analytics. We don't run invasive ad tracking or sell data to ad networks. If your browser blocks cookies, the site will still work — you may just need to log in or rebuild your cart more often.

7. Your rights

You can:

  • Ask what we have on you. Email us and we'll tell you.
  • Ask us to update or correct it. Same — just email.
  • Ask us to delete it. We'll delete what we're not legally required to keep (like tax records on completed sales).
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time, in one click.

We don't make you fill out a form or jump through hoops. A direct email gets it done.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes (anything that affects how your data is used) will be communicated to active clients directly.
