Plain-Language Summary
Refer someone to The Sole Provider. When their first invoice is paid, you earn store credit on your account. Existing clients earn 4% store credit; non-clients earn 2% store credit (redeemable when you place your own order). The person you refer gets 5% off their first order. That's the whole deal. The fine print is below.
Eligibility
- Anyone can make a referral — current clients, former clients, friends of clients, or members of the public.
- The person being referred must be a new customer who has not previously ordered from The Sole Provider.
- Self-referrals are not eligible. You cannot refer your own business, a business you own or operate, or an account you control.
- The referred customer must mention the referrer's name when requesting a quote or placing their first order. Retroactive credit is not available.
Reward Rates
- Existing clients: 4% of the referred customer's first paid invoice, issued as store credit.
- Non-client referrers: 2% of the referred customer's first paid invoice, issued as store credit. Non-client credit becomes usable when the referrer places their own order with The Sole Provider.
- New-customer discount: The referred customer receives 5% off their first order as a thank-you for joining us.
- Reward percentages apply to the item total of the referred order, not to taxes, shipping fees, or setup/art fees.
How Rewards Are Issued
- All referral rewards are issued as store credit. Cash payouts are not available.
- Credit is added to the referrer's account automatically when the referred customer's invoice is marked paid in full.
- Store credit never expires. Once earned, it is yours to use on any future order.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals a person can make in any given period.
Voided or Refunded Orders
- If a referred order is voided, cancelled, or fully refunded before production, the referral reward is forfeited and any associated credit will be reversed.
- Partial refunds do not typically affect referral rewards, but The Sole Provider reserves the right to adjust rewards pro-rata in cases of substantial partial refunds.
Using Your Store Credit
- Store credit can be applied to any invoice, in full or in part, at the time of quote or order.
- Credit can be combined with account credits from other sources (loyalty, manual grants, etc.) on the same order.
- Credit cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person or account.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Program Changes
- The Sole Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
- Reward rates are subject to change. Any changes apply only to new referrals made after the effective date; previously earned credit is not affected.
- The Sole Provider reserves the right to disqualify any referral that appears to be fraudulent, manipulative, or made in bad faith.
